Change or Recover a Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or if you need to change your existing password, you can follow this guide to secure your account.

To Recover your Password

Navigate to your program’s home page. Underneath the login information, select “Forgot Password”

You will be prompted to enter the email for your account. Make sure that you enter the email connected to the account you are trying to recover.

Follow the instructions in that email, and you will be given a chance to enter a new password.

To Change your Password

If you have access to your account but need to change your password, you can do so from your Account Settings.

1. From your home page, access the Settings tab

1. Select “Change Password”
   
2. Enter your old password, and then enter and confirm your new password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
3. Select Save to confirm the change.
