Convert an activity, log a step entry, or wellness metric (Mobile)
Log a step or wellness metric, or convert an activity into steps
Please note that if you wish to make a manual step entry, you can only make that entry if your health fitness account is not synced with Be Well.
Regardless of your sync status, from this area anyone can do the following:
- log an activity (which will convert to steps)
-log a wellness metric (sleep, nutrition, water, weight, mindfulness session (meditation), mood, or heart rate)
-log a photo
-log a post (journal entry)
- From the Home tab, click on the blue “+” icon in the bottom right of the screen.
- Select what entry you'd like to make.
- PRIVACY SETTINGS:
- All wellness metrics (nutrition, water, hearth rate, sleep, weight, mood, and mindfulness) are default set to private. To change this, select the eye icon in the top right of the screen.
- If you elect to Post, it is default set to public and you can change this by selecting the eye icon in the top right of the screen.
- Step entries and converted activities are always public (to maintain accountability throughout the program).
- Follow the prompts.
- You have the option to include a post with your entry. If you don't wish to include a post, skip to next step.
- Select Submit.
- Each metric is saved as you enter it, and you should now see it reflected in your activity log. An icon will show for each type of metric that you entered.
To Edit an Entry
- Select the Tracking tab.
- Scroll to the date you wish to edit.
- Find the entry.
- From here you can edit the privacy setting on that post, edit the post, or delete it.
