Convert an Activity to Steps (Mobile)

If activity conversion is available in your program, then you will be able to convert one of the available physical activities into steps based on the time spent.

To start, navigate to your dashboard on your Android or iPhone app.

Select the "+" sign in the bottom right corner

Tap the Activity Icon

A screen appearing with Exercise at the top will allow you to search for the activity you compleated, ask for the duration and allow you to convert to steps.

You then must save/add this converted activity for it to show up in your profile.

PLEASE NOTE: not all programs allow this functionality and program admins have the authority to control these settings as well as hand select which activities are offered for conversion.
