Create an Account on Mobile

1. Download the Be Well app from the app store.
2. Open the mobile app on your phone.
3. Under "Don't have an account?" click "Create One Here"
4. You'll then be prompted to enter your program URL It will be formatted like "program.thrives.app" with “program” replaced with your program name.
5. Click Next.
6. Enter first name, last name, email, username and password.
7. Answer questions if any have been added by the administrator.
8. Check that you agree with terms and conditions.
9. Click Register.
